For as long as I remember I have always had a passion for healthy nutrition.

However I used to be an amateur frequently annoying my friends by suggesting changes to their diets to assist their health complaints! Of course I couldn’t really back these ‘tips’ up at the time with any science.

Now that has been well and truly rectified by attending  3 year course on nutritional therapy with the College of Naturopathic Medicine and attaining a Diploma as a Nutritional Therapist with Distinction.

Prior to this new life I was a full-time partner with a large commercial law firm which could be a highly stressful environment. This gave me insight to how easy it is to forget your body’s basic needs. I was suffering from frequent colds, lack of sleep, poor diet and gastrointestinal issues.

Applying the techniques I have subsequently learned has allowed me to address these symptoms and optimise my own health.

Now I am keen to try to help others experience a lifelong transformation in their wellbeing by making better nutrition and lifestyle choices.

Hi, I am an Italian mum and certified Nutritional Therapist based in Edinburgh.

After obtaining a degree in Veterinary Medicine in Italy, I moved to Edinburgh, where I obtained a PhD in Veterinary Science and undertook research in different academic settings.

Due to a combination of personal health issues and my long-lasting interest in complementary and integrative medicine, I then decided to explore the potential of nutritional therapy as a therapeutic tool to nourish the body and optimise health, looking beyond simple calorie intake. This was accomplished by completing a diploma with Distinction awarded by the College of Naturopathic Medicine and dedication to learning.

I believe that having a holistic approach, and restoring a natural whole-body balance, can positively influence the present and long-term health and wellbeing.

My academic training gives me a good understanding of the body's anatomy, physiology and research methodology. I am interested in working with people of all ages and I am passionate about helping you to optimise your health and wellbeing through the benefits of Nutritional Therapy.

I offer consultations in both English and Italian.
