Terms and Conditions
Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutrition science in the promotion of health, optimal performance, and individual care.
The NP is not permitted to diagnose or claim to treat or cure any medical conditions or health concerns.
Naturopathic nutritional therapy is not a substitute for professional medical advice and related treatment and the NPs always refers any client with ‘red flag’ signs or symptoms to their medical advisers.
The degree of benefit obtainable from Nutritional Therapy may vary between clients with similar health problems and following a similar Nutritional Therapy programme.
The NP may recommend nutraceutical (food supplements) and/or functional testing as part of your programme and may receive a commission on these products or services.

The NP
The Company and the NPs provide nutritional therapy services aimed at optimising client health and wellness through nutrition and lifestyle advice. Where feasible that advice will also be aimed at environmentally sustainable nutrition.
The naturopathic nutritional advice will be tailored to suit the Client based on any medically diagnosed conditions, medications, or health concerns identified and agreed between the NP and the Client.

The Consultations

The client will be asked to complete a pre-consultation comprehensive health questionnaire along with a 3-day diet diary and return these to the NP by email at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance of the consultation. A follow-up appointment is fixed for around 4 -6 weeks thereafter for around an hour.
Any additional telephone support or email will be given as required and is subject to a fee as above.
If the Client needs to cancel his or her appointment, he/she must provide the NP with at least 24 hours' notice otherwise the full fee will still be charged.

If the services have commenced during the 14-day Cooling-off Period, the Company will refund any monies due to you for services not yet provided. The refund payment will be made within 14 days of cancellation.
The Client’s responsibilities

The Client should advise his or her GP or specialist medical consultant, as well as any other complementary practitioner he or she is consulting, of the Plan you will be following.

If the Client is unclear about any part of the Plan he or she should contact the NP immediately for clarification.
The Plan, including any supplements advised, will have a set time frame and the Client should not continue with the recommendations outside of this time unless agreed by the NP. This is important to avoid any adverse reactions.
The Client should report any concerns about the Plan to the NP for discussion at the next consultation.
