We can be contacted by email or phone to arrange an interim discussion on any questions or concerns you may have and to continue to support and motivate you in your compliance with the protocol. This service is not equivalent to a follow-up consultation but rather for you to check in with us with any questions you may have and can be useful to help you adhere to the protocol.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hour prior your appointment. Cancellation within 24 hours or non-attendance are charged at 100% of above rate.
